Allora io chiedo a voi...cari opsiani....avete suggerimenti???:30:
:asd: forte !
Communication
For 27 years I've been trying
to believe and confide in
different people I found
Some of them got closer than others
and some wouldn't even bother
and then you came around
I didn't really know what to call you
You didn't know me at all
but I was happy to explain
I never really knew how to move you
so I tried to intrude through
the little holes in your veins
And I saw you
But that's not an invitation
that's all I get
If this is communication
I disconnect
I've seen you, I know you
but I don't know how to connect
so I disconnect
You always seem to know where to find me
and I'm, still here behind you
in the corner of your eye
I never really learnt how to love you
but I know that I love you
through the hole in the sky
where I see you
and that's not an invitation that's all I get
If this is communication
I disconnect
I've seen you, I know you
but I don't know how to connect
so I disconnect
Well this is an invitation
it's not a threat
If you want communication
that's what you get
I'm talking and talking
but I don't know how to connect
and I hold a record for being patient
with your kind of hesitation
I need you, you want me
but I don't know how to connect
so I disconnect
I disconnect
:approved:
Altra idea!!!
Unsent di Alanis Morissette! 5 lettere, non spedite, indirizzate ai suoi ex!
Ecco il testo!
Unsent
Dear Matthew, I like you a lot.
I realize you're in a relationship with someone right now,
And I respect that.
I would like you to know that if you're ever single in the future,
And you want to come visit me in California,
I would be open to spending time with you,
And finding out how old you were when you wrote your first song.
Dear Jonathan, I liked you too much.
I used to be attracted to boys who would lie to me,
And think solely about themselves,
And you were plenty self-destructive for my taste at the time.
I used to say the more tragic the better.
The truth is, whenever I think of the early 90's,
Your face comes up with a vengeance like it was yesterday.
Dear Terrance, I love you muchly.
You've been nothing but open hearted,
And emotionally available and supportive,
And nurturing, and consummately there for me.
I kept drawing you in and pushing you away,
I remember how beautiful it was to fall asleep on your couch,
And cry in front of you for the first time.
You were the best platform from which to jump beyond myself.
What was wrong with me?
Dear Marcus, you rocked my world.
You had a charismatic way about you with the woman,
And you got me seriously thinking about spirituality.
And you wouldn't let me get away with kicking my own ass.
But I could never really feel relaxed,
And looked out for around you, though,
And that stopped us from going any further than we did.
And it's kinda too bad,
Because we could've had much more fun.
Dear Lou, we learned so much.
I realize we won't be able to talk for some time,
And I understand that as I do you.
The long distance thing was the hardest,
And we did as well as we could.
We were together during a very tumultuous time in our lives.
I will always have your back and be curious about you,
About your career,
Your whereabouts.
Mi piace moltissimo questa canzone!!! :30:
:approved:
Ecco il testo con tanto di traduzione!
Kiss The Rain
Hello ...
Can you hear me
Am I getting through to you
Hello ...
Is it late there
Is there laughter on the line
Are you sure you're there alone
Cuz I'm
trying to explain
something's wrong
You just don't sound the same
Why don't you
Why don't you
Go outside
Go outside
Kiss the rain
Whenever you need me
Kiss the rain
Whenever I'm gone too long
If your lips feel lonely and thirsty
Kiss the rain
And wait for the dawn
Keep in mind
We're under the same sky
And the night's
As empty for me as for you
If you feel
You can't wait till morning
Kiss the rain
Kiss the rain
Kiss the rain
Hello ...
Do you miss me
I hear you say you do
but not the way I'm missing you
What's new
How's the weather
Is it stormy where you are
You sound so close but it feels like you're so far
Oh would it mean anything
If you knew
What I'm left imagining
In my mind
My mind
Would you go
Would you go
Kiss the rain
As you fall
Over me
Think of me
Think of me
Think of me
Only me
Kiss the rain
Whenever you need me
Kiss the rain
Whenever I'm gone too long
If your lips
Feel hungry and tempted
Kiss the rain
And wait for the dawn
Keep in mind
We're under the same sky
And the night's
As empty for me as for you
If you feel you can't wait till morning
Kiss the rain
Kiss the rain
Kiss the rain
Kiss the rain
(Kiss the rain )
(Kiss the rain )
(Kiss the rain )
Hello ...
Can you hear me
Can you hear me
Can you hear me
Bacia La Pioggia
Ciao… riesci a sentirmi?
Sto comunicando con te?
Ciao…
e aspetta l’alba
tieni in mente che
noi siamo sotto lo stesso cielo
e la notte è vuota per me come per te
se senti che non riesci ad aspettare
fino all’arrivo del giorno
bacia la pioggia….
Ciao… ti manco?
Ti sento dire che è così
Ma non nel modo in cui
Tu stai mancando a me
Oh potrebbe significare qualsiasi cosa
Se tu sapessi
Cosa sto immaginando nella mia testa
Tu andresti via
Bacia la pioggia
Come se cadessi su di me
Pensami, solo a me
Bacia la pioggia
Ogni volta che hai bisogno di me
Bacia la pioggia
Ogni volta che
sono andata via per troppo tempo
se le tue labbra
si sentono affamate e tentate
bacia la pioggia
e aspetta l’alba
tieni in mente che
noi siamo sotto lo stesso cielo
e la notte è vuota per me come per te
se senti che non riesci ad aspettare
fino all’arrivo del giorno
bacia la pioggia….
Bacia la pioggia…
Ciao….
Riesci a sentirmi?
Riesci a sentirmi?
Hola!!!! :ciao:
Would you know my name if I saw you in Heaven?
Would you feel the same if I saw you in Heaven?
I must be strong and carry on,
'Cause I know I don't belong here in Heaven ......
Would you hold my hand if I saw you in Heaven?
Would you help me stand if I saw you in Heaven?
I'll find my way, through night and day,
'Cause I know I just can't stay here in Heaven .....
Time can bring you down, time can bend your knees.
Time can break your heart, have you begging .... please ...
Beyond the door, there's peace I'm sure.
And I know there'll be no more tears in Heaven .......
Would you know my name if I saw you in Heaven?
Would you feel the same if I saw you in Heaven?
I must be strong and carry on,
'Cause I know I don't belong here in Heaven......
Where The Wild Roses Grow - Nick Cave
[Chorus:]
They call me The Wild Rose
But my name was Elisa Day
Why they call me it I do not know
For my name was Elisa Day
From the first day I saw her I knew she was the one
She stared in my eyes and smiled
For her lips were the colour of the roses
That grew down the river, all bloody and wild
When he knocked on my door and entered the room
My trembling subsided in his sure embrace
He would be my first man, and with a careful hand
He wiped at the tears that ran down my face
[Chorus]
On the second day I brought her a flower
She was more beautiful than any woman I'd seen
I said, "Do you know where the wild roses grow
So sweet and scarlet and free?"
On the second day he came with a single red rose
Said: "Will you give me your loss and your sorrow"
I nodded my head, as I lay on the bed
He said, "If I show you the roses, will you follow?"
[Chorus]
On the third day he took me to the river
He showed me the roses and we kissed
And the last thing I heard was a muttered word
As he knelt (stood smiling) above me with a rock in his fist
On the last day I took her where the wild roses grow
And she lay on the bank, the wind light as a thief
And I kissed her goodbye, said, "All beauty must die"
And lent down and planted a rose between her teeth
[Chorus]
Grazie a tutti ragazzi!!!Le vostre idee sono tutte ben accette!!:approved: Io nel frattempo prendo nota...:pc:

"Father and son" di Cat Stevens
