Esistono buone possibilità di psicoterapia con gli psicotici! Quando farai il tirocinio (se lo farai in un CRT o in un CD) ti accorgerai che lo psicologo fa parte di un'equipe che collabora ad alleviare ed a contenere le sofferenze degli psicoti, tra cui troverai un buon numero di schizofrenici.
Forse la psicoanalisi intesa in senso classico (lettino, 3-4 sedute alla settimana, il silenzio ecc.) non è particolarmente adatta a questo genere di pazienti. Tuttavia, la tecnica psicoanalitica si è evoluta parecchio dai tempi di Freud Ecco perchè in diverse comunità psichiatrice vi sono, anche ai posti di responsabile, psicoanalisti.
Per darti solo un'idea ti invito a leggere "Lo psicoanalista senza divano" di G.Racamier o "La psicoterapia come sfida esistenziale" di G.Benedetti (psicoanalista ASP).
Inoltre, non si può fare a meno di notare che nelle psicosi vengano introdotte tecniche cognitivo-comportamentali, sistemico-relazionali,arteterapia, musicoterapia, terapia occupazionale, che aiutano molto i pazienti e spesso, anche i loro parenti.:wink:
Non si deve poi fare l'errore di sottovalutare gli psicofarmaci, che in molte occasioni sono un prezioso ed irrinunciabile ausilio!!!!
Noi psicologi conosciamo poco e male la neurosicofarmacologia, che, invece, è molto utile da approfondire, perchè in un lavoro d'equipe si comprendano e si considerino tutti i possibili fattori terapeutici!

A me piacerebbe parlare del rapporto tra vittima e carnefice, i termini tecnici mi sfuggono al momento però ecco vorrei capire e sapere come è perchè molte donne rimangono con i mariti violenti per esempio ma il discorso ovviamente può essere ampliato all'infinito. Anche il rapporto tra rapito e rapitore è interessante so che che viene definito con una determinata sindrome ma non me ne ricordo il nome
